Work Study Job Assignments

Assign Students To Work Study

  1. Highlight the job the student is to be assigned to.
  2. Click the Workers tab. The student workers window displays. The top data grid displays students in the work study system. The bottom grid displays Time Sheets for a selected student.
  1. Right click in the upper data grid to assign a student to a job.
  2. Select the student using the Student Lookup icon.
  3. The Active field is used when the Mass Add feature is used in the Timesheets section.
  4. Fill in the Work Study Status (FINWSStatus Glossary table) and Notes fields, if necessary.
  5. Click Add to add the student or Cancel to cancel the data entry.
